AJ Property Europe is a UK Company that is dedicated to bringing our clients the very best overseas property investments in emerging markets and is constantly searching for the 'unique' investment opportunity.   We are very excited about our latest property investment in India that offers not only very attractively priced property, but also a choice of payment terms and discounts.  This investment opportunity was received very positively by our existing investors and has also proven to be a big success in generating many new clients. We are conducting further due diligence in India and are looking seriously at other developments in other regions for both residential and commercial property as we believe India is one of the great emerging markets, it has already offered many of our investors excellent gains and we are confident it will continue to do so in the future.

Whilst Capital Appreciation is the main incentive for many of our clients, we also try to feature developments that can create good rental yields and wherever possible work with Developers who can provide property management, after care and legal services and as many guarantees as possible. We are aware that it is at the moment a buyers market and we will do all we can to secure the right deal for our clients.

We are currently conducting due diligence in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) and Brazil (North Natal), plus of course further developments in India. Our aim is to try and have no more than 5 or 6 products to offer our clients at any one time as we believe this way we can monitor the service that we would like to provide to all our clients, which to us is of great importance as our intention is not just to make a sale, but to help and assist our clients and their friends, family, colleagues etc in all their future property investing.
